Thank You and Goodbye

After 40 years of serving the vision needs of Northwestern Ontario, I will be retiring on October 31, 2018.

Effective November 1, 2018 Dr. Allan McNally O.D. of the Thunder Bay Eye Care Centre at: 1139 Alloy Drive, Thunder Bay ON P7B 6M8 (807-346-4340) will be assuming my practice, including patient records. With 33 years' experience he has established a progressive practice which will provide quality vision care services to you and your family. I am confident in leaving my patients in his care and pleased that you have the opportunity to have him or a member of his team as your optometrist. I would suggest you book your next eye appointment well in advance to ensure continuity of care.

If you have been referred to an Ophthalmologist, please contact them directly regarding your pending appointment.

I would request that any laser refractive surgery patients currently in post operative follow up, please contact our office as soon as possible.

It has been my pleasure being your Optometrist. I wish you and your family much health and happiness in the years to come.

Dr. Fred Fydell, O.D.
